We do not collect through the website information about racial origin, health status, religious beliefs or political views, and we do not request payment data.

7. To whom we transfer data

We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it to third parties for their own marketing. The data is processed by the following service providers acting on our instructions:

• Google Ireland Limited — sending and delivery of emails via the Gmail API, as well as statistics (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag);
• Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery network, bot protection, Turnstile service;
• website hosting provider — hosting of files and the database.

Each of them is bound by a data processing agreement and applies technical and organisational security measures.

8. How long we store data

• Enquiries submitted through contact forms — up to 3 years from the date of the last contact, in order to preserve the continuity of correspondence;
• analytics data — up to 14 months;
• technical security logs — up to 12 months;
• essential cookies — within the periods specified in section 4.

After these periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymised.

9. Your rights

With regard to your personal data, you have the right to:

• obtain confirmation of whether we process your data, and a copy of that data;
• request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request the deletion of data if there are no legitimate grounds for storing it;
• restrict processing or object to it;
